In our extensive garden amenity you can find unlimited possibilities for kids and adults alike. Swimming and relaxing in our newly built outdoor wave pool, sunbathing on our widespread sunbathing lawn, swings and slides, soccer, badminton, trampoline, fishing. Anything you could imagine.

We are located directly along the "Römerradweg" a famous bike trail which connects the beautiful city of Passau, the Inn river valley and the Attersee. Therefore our house is an ideal starting point for bike tours, Nordic Walking, Inline Skating and hiking tours alike.
